Skinny Taco Salad Steps
- For the salad, mix all the salad ingredients together or top with a rainbow salad. Drizzle with honey and lemon sauce, brush with oil and serve.
- To puree the sauce, place the coriander, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, cumin, salt and pepper in a blender and puree until smooth. Brush gently with olive oil until well mixed.
