- 4-5 tablespoons of seaweed seedlings (rehydrated)
- 1 canned tuna
- 3-4 tablespoons corn kernels
- 3 and 4 tablespoons ★ mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon ★ soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ★ ground sesame seeds (white)
- 1/2 teaspoon ★ sugar
Steps for making iron salad and spinach rich in iron
- Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into 3-4 cm pieces. Soak the seaweed again.
- Mix the ingredients very well.

- Put the spinach, seaweed, dried tuna and corn in a bowl and mix well with the ingredients in step 2.
